Shipping Policy

 

Once payment of order has been approved it takes 1 to 2 working day(s) to have your parcel posted. You will be provided with a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped. (Unless other form of delivery has been arranged)

Once the order has been sent off from the shop it is out of our control and SAPO or the courier company are responsible for the delivery . Bacon Bikinis is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have shipped off your item. If there is a delay in the delivery (due to strikes ect.) there will not be refunds, nor is Bacon Bikinis responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct. We will not be held responsible for parcels going missing because we have not received the correct address.

 

Colour/ Texture Variation:

The pictures of the products may vary slightly in color or look. Bacon Bikinis will not grant refunds or returns if customer feels the product does not look exactly like that in the picture.

 

Returning an item:

If an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packing, labels, sanitary stickers, ect. all items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact Bacon Bikinis via candice@baconbikinis.com within 7 days receiving the parcel for an authorization number. Unfortunately, Bacon Bikinis does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
If you have received an incorrect order or faulty garment, everyone makes mistakes, shipping charges will be refunded. Please note if the customer wears their received  incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange.
All items discounted or on sale are a final sale and cannot be returned. NO RETURNS ON JEWELRY  

If the package being returned is lost during delivery, Bacon Bikinis is not responsible to pay out.


To return your item please follow the steps below:


 

STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUEST AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Contact us on candice@baconbikinis.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for an Authorization Number. Please include in this email your order number, name and reason for returning.

STEP 2 – COMPLETE THE EXCHANGE FORM

Once you have been approved for your Authorization Number and paid the return postage fee you can then print, and fill out your exchange form emailed to you. You must print and complete this form and send it along with your parcel.

STEP 3 – SAFELY PACK AND SHIP

The merchandise must be sent within 7 days of receiving an Authorization Number. Please be sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, enclosed with a completed Exchanged Form.  If an Exchange Number is not written on the outside of the package it will be returned to sender. Please be sure to pack the garments securely with labels and stickers attached. The merchandise must be clean, unwashed, unworn, unused with sanitary stickers and hang tags attached and undamaged. Bacon Bikinis reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.

STEP 4 – RECEIVING YOUR NEW PARCEL
Once we have received your parcel, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is clean, unwashed, unworn and unused condition with sanitary pads and swing tags still attached. Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange.
